Ritual Trainer is operated by Labor to Refreshment LLC, an Iowa limited liability company.
When you ask for a login, we keep your name, lodge, email address and username, so the administrator can confirm who you are and let you in. Your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, which no one can read back.
As you practice, the site saves which lines you have mastered, are working on, or find difficult. Only you can see your own progress.
When you recite out loud, your browser turns your speech into text so the trainer can check it. Some browsers do this with an online service run by the browser's maker. The trainer itself does not record or keep any audio.
We do not sell or share your information, and we use it only to run the trainer. To have your login and progress removed, contact the site administrator.
